1. These Terms Apply

Please read these Terms carefully before browsing, signing up, or using any services that we offer — because they set the rules.

These Terms apply between you and Webplus7 FZE LLC ("us", "we", or "our"), an entity registered with Amiri Decree No. 15 of 2023 under Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, UAE (Company Name: Webplus7 FZE LLC). The address for Web+7 is: 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, PO Box 4848, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

By browsing or using our website and/or services, or by accessing, relying on, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to be bound by the provisions of these Terms. If the terms that govern your agreement with us are substantially different from those stated in these Terms, we may be unable to provide you with the services you seek. In such a case, you should not access or rely on any such information — and we will have no obligation whatsoever to provide you with those services at any time.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other agreements (whether written, oral, or implied in fact), the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

This is an agreement between you (the end user) and Webplus7 FZE LLC. If you are not an individual, the entity that signs up for a Web+7 account (in accordance with the registration procedures on the Web+7 website) constitutes the user. A Web+7 website or services can also be accessed via the use of a personal computer, tablet, mobile telephone, PDA, or any other electronic, mobile, or similar device connected to and running the Web+7 applications as provided under these Terms. The Terms shall apply regardless of how you are accessing them or what devices you are using.

The services we offer are subject to these Terms. If you do not accept the terms on offer you have no right to browse or use our site or services — and any such browsing or attempted use is strictly prohibited. We have a right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to provide services to you without being bound by any liability in respect of any claim that may arise from the denial or suspension of services to you.

2. Privacy Policy

By using this website and/or services, you consent to the privacy policy (found at: Web+7 | Privacy Policy), which outlines how we collect, use, disclose and store your personal data. Your consent to these terms constitutes acceptance of our privacy policy as a material term of the Terms.

The information contained herein is governed by the laws of UAE — specifically the applicable provisions of United Arab Emirates Federal Law No.17 of 2004 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data (which was subsequently repealed and replaced) or any other regulations issued as amended by the UAE authorities from time to time, including any applicable data protection principles in Ajman Free Zone. Where personal data is collected outside the UAE — we collect them with consent of the data subject on a non-exclusive basis under conditions that comply with the principles of protection of personal data (as set out below). In this way, it is intended that they should be kept secure and confidential so as to prevent any misuse, and that all rights which may be required to be taken into consideration by us in the UAE are exercised accordingly.

You must not knowingly share, post or otherwise make public any personal information about other people through the platform's services — and you will be liable for any damages that result from misuse of the services. We may at our sole discretion deny access, modify, close, or cancel your account if you do not comply with these provisions. We also have the right at our sole discretion to disclose information about our users' activity on our platform and/or services — in order to comply with any legal process; or in the event of a real or reasonably perceived threat to physical safety of any person, or to the safety and property rights of Webplus7 FZE LLC.

3. Web+7's Site / Product

Web+7 offers the following site/product (whether on this site, the Affiliate site, the Partner site, or any other related Web+7 property) — which is referred to herein as either the "Site" or "Product" (as applicable; the terms are interchangeable):

(ii) All software, data, systems, documentation, processes and/or products used in connection with Web+7's Platform/Platform-as-a-Service ("PaaS") or Service-as-a-Service ("SaaS"), together with all related intellectual property (including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and/or other intellectual property rights held by Web+7 in, over, or relating to such products) — provided that the rights associated with such IP are granted on the terms described herein
(iii) All software, data, systems, documentation, processes and/or products used in connection with the Affiliate Program
(iv) Any and all services and/or materials made available by Web+7 to you under the Affiliate Program, as set out herein (including the ability to promote certain software or data from Web+7)
(v) All information provided by Web+7 that is related to or necessary for the purposes of this agreement or otherwise necessary for the use of the Site/Product
(vi) Any and all other items of intellectual property that are owned by, or licensed to, Web+7 — as set out herein

The Site/Product is not designed or intended to be relied upon to provide legal advice, or any other kind of professional advice.

Where permitted by the laws in UAE, this Site/Product is provided to you "as-is" and "as-available", without warranty of any kind whatsoever — either express or implied — including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from defect, or non-interference with third-party rights. Web+7 does not represent that the information (or Site/Product) is complete, current, accurate or reliable — and disclaims all responsibility for any use that you make of such information via the Site/Product.

Web+7 reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, modify, change, or suspend the use of any feature / service made available through the Site/Product (without any prior notice and without liability) — provided that it complies with any applicable regulations as required by law.

4. Web+7's Content

Web+7 reserves all rights in respect of the content displayed at or made available from the Site/Product — including any and all text, images, graphics, logos, photographs, visual, photographic and/or artistic works, computer programs, designs, trade dress and/or other materials that appear on the site — collectively referred to as Website Content. These rights are retained regardless of whether Web+7 explicitly claims them.

The Website Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent (including any applications for the same), or other intellectual property law. Except where stated otherwise, no part of it may be reproduced, modified, transmitted in any way without our prior written consent. You are permitted to access the content of this Site/Product for the sole purpose of its use and enjoyment, and you shall not attempt to obtain a copy of any such content (nor will you permit use by unauthorised parties) for commercial exploitation or other purposes — without first receiving our prior written permission.

5. Registration Procedure

A person who registers as a user must be an individual of full age and capacity, able to enter into binding legal agreements (including in respect of any services provided under these Terms), and the registered user must accept these Terms by checking a confirmation box during the registration process.

By completing this registration procedure — you agree to abide by all applicable provisions of these Terms (in accordance with the registration procedures set out on the Site).

6. Use of the Site/Product

You agree not to use the Site/Product in any way that — in our opinion — is improper, unlawful or otherwise constitutes a breach of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to:

Where Web+7 recommends (either directly or indirectly) a third-party product to users — we accept no liability whatsoever in respect of such recommendations or links provided on the Site/Product for any purpose — and will not be liable in any way, under any law (whether statutory or otherwise), for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, actions, judgments, interests or expenses whatsoever (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and related reasonable legal costs) caused by or arising out of:

By posting, submitting or otherwise making information available through this Site/Product — you warrant that you are the sole author of the material (or have obtained all rights and/or licenses necessary to post / publish it).

You shall not submit content which constitutes libel (or other unlawful publication in any applicable jurisdiction), is defamatory, obscene or pornographic, invasive of privacy, or otherwise violates laws or third-party rights. Users are solely responsible for their own Content, as well as the manner in which third parties access and use such Content — and Web+7 has no liability whatsoever in this respect (including in respect of any Content you post).

Web+7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — even if it was informed or reasonably should have been informed of the possibility of such damages arising out of use of the Site/Product.
